The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and abuse-resistant delivery of the website. This website does not add its own long-term visitor-log archive.

Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries. Vercel describes the safeguards for international transfers, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum. Further details are available in Vercel's Privacy Notice. Technical data is retained according to the provider's applicable operational and contractual retention rules.

If you contact Kevin Klein by email, the sender address, message content, technical message metadata and any information you voluntarily provide are processed to answer your inquiry and manage the resulting communication.

Where your message concerns a contract or steps requested before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other inquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to professional and privacy-related correspondence.

Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting professional relationship. If statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant information is retained for that period and its use is restricted accordingly.

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, a contact form or third-party embeds. It does not make automated decisions about visitors and does not create visitor profiles. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the relevant feature is enabled.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for the controller's location is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
